National IOW

13th SEPTEMBER 2025

Get ready to pedal through the stunning coastline, rolling hills, and charming villages of the Isle of Wight. With every turn of your wheels, you’ll experience this unique island’s natural beauty, fresh sea air, and rich history.

This adventure is more than just a ride — it’s about unity, brotherhood, and pushing your limits in the spirit of purpose and passion.

Organised by Blackstone in partnership with Muslim Sports Network, this is an experience that will take you from training to the finish line with a clear goal: to raise funds for Hawa Hospital.

Hawa Hospital is a vital project designed to provide life-saving maternal and child healthcare where it is needed most. Too many mothers and newborns lack access to essential medical care, and this hospital aims to change that. With your support, we can ensure no mother is turned away and every baby gets a safe start in life.

Registration Fee £50, which includes:

  • Experienced support staff & vehicles – In case of emergencies or fatigue
  • Return transportation to London
  • A hot meal at the finish line
  • Snacks & Refreshments during break points.
  • A finisher medal to mark your achievement

This is a fully supported event, which means if you’re riding solo or signing up with friends, you’ll never be left behind.

Fundraising:

  • Minimum target: £200

To ensure the success of our mission and the impactful delivery of the funds raised, 80% of the overall fundraising target must be successfully met before you depart for the event. This crucial threshold allows us to confirm that the necessary resources and commitments are in place, maximising the positive outcome of your efforts.

Training & Development

We want every rider to feel confident on the day, regardless of experience level. That’s why we’ll be providing.

  • Structured training plans
  • Access to local ride meetups
  • Support from experienced cyclists
  • Pre-event workshops covering cycling safety, nutrition, and kit prep
  • Dedicated WhatsApp group for advice and guidance

You don’t need to be an elite rider to take part, just committed to putting in the effort and excited to try something new. Many of our past riders started out as beginners and ended up completing their first-ever long-distance challenge with confidence.
