• Tips and Hospitality – This is not mandatory, but you are welcome to make payments of gratuity

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility – Participants must be 18 years or older. Exceptions may be made for younger participants accompanied by a guardian, with prior approval.
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required upon registration to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before departure.
• Fundraising – Each participant is encouraged to fundraise a minimum of £1,500 to support the projects on the ground. Assistance with fundraising ideas and resources will be provided. You should raise a minimum of 80% of the funds before you go out.
• Travel Insurance – Participants are responsible for securing their own travel insurance. Proof of coverage must be submitted before departure.
• Health and Safety – Participants must inform Blackstone of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of registration. Vaccinations are recommended as per NHS travel guidelines.
• Cancellations – In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will incur 100% charges.
• Behaviour – Participants are expected to uphold the values of Blackstone and show respect for the local faith,culture and communities. That includes our conduct in speaking, respecting customs, and our clothing.
• Passport and Visa: Participants must have a valid passport and are responsible for obtaining the necessary visa for travel to Bangladesh.
