Blackstone Trust is looking for a passionate, organised Fundraiser to lead our volunteer community and drive the funding that makes our international development work possible.
In this role, you will:
Lead a dynamic team of volunteers, recruiting, supporting and celebrating their contributions
Plan and deliver fundraising events that inspire people to give
Build lasting relationships with donors who believe in our mission
Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas to connect supporters with our work
Work from home with flexibility and autonomy
Who we’re looking for:
You have 3-4 years of experience in fundraising or volunteer management, proven success building and supporting volunteers, and a track record of delivering events and campaigns that raised real money. You’re organised, detail-oriented, reliable and genuinely committed to making a difference. You understand safeguarding, work well independently, and are comfortable with travel. It’s a bonus if you have experience in international development, understanding of Islamic charitable giving and community engagement, or familiarity with faith-based organisations.

Blackstone Trust is a faith-based international development charity. We’re looking for a passionate, organised Fundraiser to join our small, engaged team. THE ROLE: You’ll lead volunteer recruitment, coordination and support for our fundraising activities, plan and deliver events that inspire giving, build relationships with individual donors and community groups, and contribute to our annual fundraising goals. Home-based with essential UK travel for events and occasional international travel (2-3 occasions per year). YOU HAVE: 3-4 years proven experience in fundraising and/or volunteer management in a charity setting.
